Life can be demanding and you might be getting pushed and pulled in a million directions. The thing is, that isn’t going to change for the better unless you make it happen. When you are getting tired and worn down, remind yourself why you are doing this by looking back and reflecting on the “Why” you identified in Week 1. Leveling up doesn’t happen overnight, but it won’t happen at all unless you make the choice everyday to invest in yourself. And investing in yourself includes taking the time to make sure that you are caring for your physical and mental health.
This week we are focusing on finding balance. This is a skill that needs practice. We will focus on it for many weeks throughout this program because I have found that investing in your whole self leads to finding success in a sustainable way. This is a week to reset and recharge. If you’ve ever practiced yoga, you know that restorative sessions are just as important as the active sessions. We’ve been busy the last few weeks putting ourselves out there by communicating our value and building our networks. Now it’s time to focus on health, meditation, and mindset work. Take a deep breath and enjoy the benefits.
