Wouldn’t it be great if everyone was nice and just got along? If that was the case, we wouldn’t need this next week of daily challenges. Unfortunately, most of us have worked with (and will continue to encounter) difficult or negative people.
At some point or another, you will have to deal with comments or critiques that are less than positive. Sometimes, remarks aren’t even intentional, but careless comments can still be detrimental. When someone hurts your feelings, knowing how to respond properly can help you reclaim your voice and your power. This week we will focus on how to stand up for yourself, believe in your own value, and see others’ negativity for what it is.
