Week 26: Strengthen Habits Through Repetition

You’ve made it to the end of Stage Two and the halfway point for the year! This week will be spent practicing skills we’ve learned to help put things in practice. Hopefully the more we practice our skills, the more they will become part of our day to day. By this point in our journey, I hope you’ve made some great connections, developed some items for your Brag Book, learned some assertiveness techniques, developed healthy habits, and improved your self-confidence. We’ve worked on so many different skills! These daily challenges are hopefully guiding you to the career you want and helping your personal growth and development as well.
