Week 3: Communicate Your Value

This week we will focus on who you are and what you stand for so that you can clearly communicate your value to others. We’ll explore guiding questions to help you identify what your values are and to establish your Personal Brand. It’s important we nail this down early because your Personal Brand is what’s going to make you stand out. It shows off your unique self. Think of it this way: if you had just one short minute to communicate your value to an important executive, what would you say so that they remember you? Don’t worry if that immediately makes you nervous. It was hard for me at first, too. I’m going to guide you through intentional reflection and, when we are done, you will be able to clearly identify and communicate just how valuable you are. When the time comes, you are going to be ready to make your case for why you deserve that promotion, that raise, or that new job!
