Over the last seven weeks, we have made a practice of spending just a small amount of time each day on ourselves. This habit alone is something to be proud of, but along the way we’ve learned so much and made so much progress. I hope you are feeling that you have grown and pushed yourself outside of your comfort zone. Remember that it’s when we are out of our comfort zone that we grow the most. We will spend this week refreshing some of the skills we have learned as we work towards making them a continued practice. We know behaviors don’t change overnight – it’s something we must keep practicing. This week I want you to reflect on what feels easy for you, what feels scary, and what actually happens when you put yourself in uncomfortable situations.
