Getting a promotion isn’t always as easy as asking for it. It’s a process of showing your commitment, determination, and value. It requires doing research on what skills are necessary for the job and making sure you have or are building those skills. You need to document your successes and to be able to speak to your values and qualifications. This week will focus on different aspects of working towards promotions.
