Week 19: Set Boundaries to Create a Healthy Life Balance

This week we are going to focus on a skill that is especially hard for (but also especially important for) people-pleasers – saying no. We all like to be helpful to others, but it’s important that we learn to prioritize so that the tasks that are most important to us get done while we maintain a healthy life balance. It is more than okay to say no, and it is more than possible to get to where you want to be in your career by working in a healthy, sustainable way!
